This two-floor ongoing project is a contemporary design with a 7-cent plot area. The exterior of the house is designed with landscaping and a brick type jally design. Inside, there are three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Additionally, there is a large living room, a spacious dining area, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, a study room, and a cozy family room with a fireplace. The backyard features a patio, garden, and outdoor seating area.
